General Cleaning

General cleaning services are done to maintain the home in its current state and covers the following services: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning interior windows as needed, and disinfecting high-touch areas.

Deep Cleaning

Includes everything in a general clean and hand wiping baseboards, walls, doors & cabinets, removing built-up grime, cleaning vents and anything else that needs some extra attention. During the consult we will ask what all you'd like to see done and create a list together. This service will cost more than a general cleaning due to the increase of labor, time & product that this service takes.

Pricing Information

The cost of general cleaning varies on several factors such as desired frequency of cleanings, if there are animals on the property, number of cleaners needed & size of the home/workplace. We have a $125 minimum for each visit and operate on a fixed cost for following visits, making your cost and quality consistent everytime.

Deep cleaning can be done with one or two people based on need, request, or time allotted. We can do per room or per home. If per room, there is a two room minimum, pricing for DEEP CLEANING is listed below:

Average Cost Per Room

Kitchen: $70-$125,
Bathroom: $70-$140
Living/Dining Room: $50-$75
Bedroom: $35-60
Laundry Room: $25-40

Average Cost Per Home

Cost per entire home is based on the square footage of the space itself. Cost can be between $0.25-$0.50/sqft depending on the level of dust dirt and grime present.
